District Medical & Health Officer, Vizianagaram has released a notification advertising the post of Staff Nurse, Lab Technician and Pharmacist. The conducting body has announced a total of 129 posts on contractual basis. Shortlisted candidates are offered the remuneration of Rs.34,000/- for Staff Nurse and Rs. 28,000/- for the post of Lab Technician & Pharmacist. Aspirants can download the details notification with Rc.No.CR.1067/E1/E2/2020 from the official website which is vizianagaram.nic.in.The offline application procedure has started on June 23, 2020. Interested candidates can submit their application form before the last date of the submission which is July 22, 2020.
DMHO, Vizianagaram has announced 76 vacancies for the post of Staff Nurse, 26 posts for Lab Technician Grade-II and 27 posts for Pharmacists. The applications that are submitted against these posts gets scrutinized first. As per the schedule of the recruitment, DMHO, Vizianagaram completes the scrutinization of documents by August 05, 2020. The grievances and Redressal regarding the applications get concluded by August 07, 2020. All these events are followed by the verification and issue of an order from August 10, 2020, to August 14, 2020.
To apply for the announced posts, candidates have to make sure that they are fulfiling the eligibility criteria that is specified by the DMHO, Vizianagaram. In order to apply for Staff Nurse, candidates must have B.Sc.Nursing/General Nursing and Midwifery course from the recognized University. The eligibility for Lab Technician includes Inter Vocational MLT/ DMLT/B.Sc. MLT from recognized government university. To apply for the post of Pharmacists, candidates shall possess D.Pharmacy /B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy from government universities that are registered in Pharmacy Council. Willing candidates shall also enclose experience certificate that they have earned by working on contractual basis/out-sourcing.
As mentioned above, the application procedure for the announced 129 posts is conducted through the offline procedure. Candidates have to download the official notification from the website and fill the application form attached to it. Each information must be carefully filled by the aspirants. The photograph should be cleared and candidates have to do signature across it. There are certain documents candidates have to enclose with their application form to support their reservation claims and eligibility. Candidates must attach their 10th class marks list, Local Scheduled Area Certificate if the candidate belongs to the ST category/Caste certificate, Disability certificate, study certificates from class 04th to class 10th, Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets, registration certificate and experience certificate. The application form should only be submitted in the mentioned order which is as follows checklist, application form, and the certificates discussed in the same order.
