Delhi Development Authority has published a recruitment notification for the post of Commissioner (systems). The conducting body has announced the recruitment to fill up the 01 vacant posts in the personnel branch. The recruitment to the said post is in deputation basis. Candidates interested in the recruitment can download the official notification from the website, dda.org.in. Eligible candidates can submit their forms for the announced post before October 12, 2020.
The officer working in Central Government/ State Government/ Public Sector undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/ NIC possessing similar posts in the parent department can submit their applications for the announced post. Those who have 05 years of regular work experience in the parent department in the pay band III (Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100/-) with grade pay Rs. 7600/- can also apply. Candidates must have 15 years of work experience in the field of System Analysis, Software Development and implementation System and Network administration, Design with 02 years experience in managing information system.
Apart from work experience, they must hold an engineering degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics from a recognized university. Those who have a Master degree in Computer Science/ Computer applications are also eligible for the announced posts.
Interested candidates can download the application form for Commissioner (Systems) from dda.org.in. The duly filled in application form should be submitted to the Office of Commissioner (Personnel), Delhi Development Authority, E-1, Ground Floor, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi 110023. In the application form, candidates have to enter some important information such as educational qualification, qualification/ experience possessed by them, date of birth, achievement related to the research publications, awards/scholarships etc, category, caste and other related details.
They have to furnish the APARs for the last five years duly certified by Group A Officer in the parent department. Along with this, the latest vigilance clearance report should be presented indicating the pending and settled disciplinary actions or criminal cases against the candidate. Aspirants must note that the application form should reach the conducting body’s address before the last date prescribed by the conducting body.
After the final selection of the candidates, they are recruited under the initial deputation period of one year. Based on the performance of newly appointed Commissioner (Systems), their period of service may get extended. During this period, the candidates get the monthly salary of Level -13 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC on deputation basis.
