District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh is inviting online applications for the post of Staff Nurse, Pharmacist Grade-II and Lab Technician. The recruitment to the announced posts is on contractual basis under the Control of District Coordinator of Hospital Services. The conducting body has advertised a total of 94 vacancies for Staff Nurse, 04 for Pharmacist Grade-II and 01 for Lab Technician. Candidates can get the official notification and application form through kurnool.ap.gov.in. Applications can be submitted from June 29, 2020, to July 22, 2020, before 05:00 PM.
In order to apply for Staff Nurse, candidates must have passed the intermediate examination, GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualifying exam and Nurse and have the Midwife registration certificate in AP Nursing Council. For the post of Pharmacist Grade-II, candidates must have D.Pharm/B. Pharm qualifying exam and must be registered in AP Pharmacy council. In addition, candidates who wish to apply for Lab Technician they must have 02 years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or B.Sc with medical lab technology as one of the subjects or B.Sc with BZC in 1st class/B.Sc life science in 1st class with PG Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or Diploma in transfusion Medicine Technology training course or Intermediate vocational course in MLT with one year. All these courses must be registered in AP Paramedical Board.
The conducting body has already prescribed the upper age limit for the eligible candidates. OC candidates should not have complete the upper limit if 42 years, 47 years for SC/ST/BC candidates and 50 years for Ex-servicemen candidates. The upper age limit is calculated as on June 06, 2020.

Candidates have to submit the filled application form, aadhar card, 10th pass certificate, 10+2 pass certificate, GNM/B.Sc Nursing pass certificate (for staff nurse), D. Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy pass certificate (for Pharmacist Grade-II), Lab Technician course certificate, mark sheet for qualifying exam, registration certificate from the respective councils, caste certificate, study certificates from 4th class to 10th class, PH certificate, experience certificate along with appointment order for those who are in service, eligibility certificate for sports quota, a demand draft of Rs.300/-. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of ‘District Co-Ordinator of hospital Services (DCHS), Nandyal’.
The selection of the announce posts is based on the merit list prepared as per the criteria. DCHS has allotted 75 marks to aggregate marks secured in the qualifying marks. In addition, 15 marks are granted who have already been working in different medical departments in the relevant fields.
