After daily visits to the official website of CBSE, candidates are getting worried and anxious regarding the release of the CBSE Term 1 Results 2022. The results were scheduled to be declared in the first week of February 2022 itself, but no updates have been made by the board yet. This has created a situation of panic among students of classes 10th and 12th.
Along with the Term 1 results, CBSE hasn’t been clear with the Term 2 examination date sheet release which has put students under immense pressure. Schools, however, have started to plan pre-boards for Term 2 exams. Keeping the CBSE dilemma aside, the CISCE released an official notification on February 4, 2022, stating that the results for ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 Semester 1 will be released on February 7, 2022.
After looking at this news, students of the CBSE board have been using social media platforms to demand some “clarity” regarding the release of results from the authorities. CBSE class 10th and 12th Term 1 examinations were concluded on December 11 and December 30, 2021. It has been more than a month since the examination has been concluded but there’s no sign of the results. Being an MCQ-based test, candidates expected the process of evaluation to be quick but this wasn’t the case.
On January 11, 2022, a CBSE official conducted an interview in which he stated that the board will review the evaluation process in the third week of January. Once the CBSE term 1 results are out, students will be able to know their scores and download the mark sheet from the official website, cbseresults.nic.in. This, however, did not give students a clear date of release of results.
As of now, no accurate reason for this delay has been disclosed by the CBSE officials. Candidates are requested to keep their calm and wait for the release of official notification by the CBSE authorities. The Term 1 results for both classes 10th and 12th will be released in the form of subject-wise marks. There shall be no “Pass” or “Fail” in this test. Marks obtained in Term 1 will be added to the Term 2 results.
