CBSE class 12th exam starts from 15 Feb; Check Important Items to Carry

Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to start the board examinations from tomorrow. For class 12th CBSE is going to start the examinations with the vocational subjects first. While the core subjects are going to start from March 02, 2019. The first examination of the core subjects is English Elective and English Core. The students of class 12th are now in a pretty nervous stage. So, here we are with the list of things which you should know before your exams.

As per the schedule, CBSE class 12 examinations will start from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Distribution of answer sheets will start from 10:00 am to 10:15 am. 15 minutes will be provided to the students to read the entire paper. Reach to your respective exam centre atleast half an hour before the scheduled timings. No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10:00 am. CBSE has advised the parents of the students that visit the exam centre once before a day of examination.

What To Carry  And  What Not

At the same time while appearing for the exams it is must to know what to carry and what not. So, do not forget to carry your admit card and the school identity card. If you are a regular student then it is mandatory to reach your respective exam centre in school uniform. Apart from this, students are allowed to carry all the required stationery items, transparent water bottles and for a diabetic patient carrying snacks are allowed.

But do not carry any electronic items along with you such as mobile phones, smart watches Bluetooth devices etc, any kind of paper inside the examination hall.

This year total 31,14,831 students are going to appear for class 10th and 12th examinations. Out of this total 12,87,359 students are going to appear for class 12th. Total 4,974 exam centres are alloted for which around 3 lakh stakeholders are appointed.

Do not get panic. Be confident. For taking a last minute revision, go through your notes or practice the sample papers. To give a final touch to your preparation it is advised to practice the last 10 previous year question papers. This will definitely help you to become familiar with the pattern of the upcoming exam paper.

CBSE is going to start its 2019 examination process with class 12th first. The exams will continue till April 04. CBSE class 10 2019 examinations will start from February 21 and will continue till March 29. This year CBSE has also decided to declare the result of class 10th and 12 a week before a previous year.
