Tips To Revise In Last Two Days!

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has scheduled the class 10th Social Science exam on March 29. By this, the board examinations of class 10th will be over. So, here the excitement of the last paper and the vast syllabus makes the student more confused about what they have studied so long. Social Studies is the theory subject. There are no numericals and practical questions. So, students do not get panic and go through the revision tips as given here.

CBSE class 10 Social Studies paper consists of questions from History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. You have two days left to revise all, the topics prescribed in the syllabus. Revision before the exam is must to score good marks. After preparing all the topics students find all mixed in their minds. So, to give the final touch do revise all the topics you have prepared.

How To Start- There must be some strategy in the mind to give a good start. So first start with the subject which you find a bit difficult in comparison to others. Or you can also go with the subject which consists of more number of topics.

Prepare/ Revise- As Social Studies is a theory subject. So, while revising or preparing any topic do not try to remember the answer word to word. Just understand the meaning of the question and the answer you have and try to note the important points. With the help of the important points, you can frame your answer in your own words.

Resources- Along with the textbook try to solve the previous year papers. This will help you to become familiar with the pattern of the paper. Along with this, you can also go for the sample papers.

Making Notes- It is believed that when you write while studying then you remember more and understands well. So, it is advised that while revising note down the important points only.

Number of Times- It is preferred to do the revision twice. But if not then try to revise atleast once before the exam.

Social Science paper consists of four sections- Section A, Section B, Section C, and Section D. There will be the total 26 questions. Some will be of 1 mark, some will be 3 marks and some will be 5 marks. There will also 5 marks map question. The social science paper is quite lengthy so try to manage your time from the beginning. Read all the instructions provided on your question paper properly and reach your examination centre on time. After this, CBSE will declare the result of class 10th and 12th by the month of May.

All The Best!
