The wait of lakhs of students is finally over now. CBSE has released the class 10th date sheet for an academic session 2018- 2019. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made the availability of the entire schedule on its official website- cbse.nic. As per the schedule, the exams of class 10 students are going to start from February 21, 2019. This year CBSE has released the date sheet a few weeks prior than the last year and also going to conduct the exams a bit earlier than before.

On September 26, 2018, CBSE has confirmed the biggest change in the date sheet for the year 2019. According to that, the exams of the vocational exams will begin in the month of February followed by the exams of core subjects in the month of March. The board has also released the list of the subjects and asked the affiliated schools to submit the list of the candidates by November 22.

Finally on December 23, 2018,  CBSE has come up with the entire schedule of board exams for class 10 students. Exams are going to start on Thursday,  February 21, with ‘e-publishing and e-office’ paper and will end on March 29, 2019 with ‘social science’ paper. Among each paper, students received ample days. The board has also released class 12 date sheet. They are commencing on February 15, 2019, and ending on April 03, 2019.

To pass any subject only 33% marks are required including the practical and theory marks. Board has also made the availability of the sample papers on its official website. For the year 2019 CBSE has introduced a lot of steps for the students. After the examinations, the main problem faced by the students is at the time of the result. Students not able to get the admission in the desired colleges or universities due to the delay in the compartment and revaluation or rechecking result. Thus, CBSE will end up the examination process from its end by the month of July before the cut off list of Delhi University release.

Around 16 lakhs of students are going to appear for CBSE class 10 board exams for the year 2019. Date sheet plays a very important role while preparing for the exams. Students of class 10 need to prepare well for the upcoming board exams. To score good marks in the exams study accordingly the syllabus and go through the previous year question papers or sample papers for making yourself familiar with the pattern of the question paper. Students appearing for the board exams takes a lot of stress which affects the performance in the main exams to some extent. So, students keep your mind relax and take a proper revision of all the topics you have prepared before a day of examination.

All The Best!
