The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the CBSE Class 12th result today at 2 PM on the official website i.e. cbse.nic.in. The board has tweeted the date and time of the result declaration with a meme on its official Twitter handle. The class 12th exams have been cancelled pan India citing the pandemic. Since no exam took place, therefore, no admit card was released. However, later the board has intimated the roll number for the convenience of the candidates.

Amidst the cancellation of the CBSE Class 12th exam, the board has devised new evaluation criteria to deduce the final result. As per the criteria, the result will be released in the ratio of 30:30:40. Out of this, 30% marks will be allotted to the best of three subjects out of the five subjects in class 10th.
While the remaining 30% marks will be allotted to the theory portion of the class 11th exam. In a similar way, the 40% marks will be allotted to marks scorer by candidates in class 12th Unit test/midterm exam, etc
Steps To Check CBSE 12th Result 2021
The candidates can follow the major steps mentioned below to check their MBOSE Class 12th result:
Step 1: The candidates should begin by visiting the official website of the board i.e. cbse.nic.in.
Step 2: On reaching the homepage, the candidates are required to find the link to the CBSE Class 12th Result 2021.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates have to choose their respective stream i.e. Arts/Commerce or Science, and enter their class 12th Roll Number along with the captcha code as mentioned on the screen.
Step 4: Upon submitting the information, the candidates can get their CBSE Class 12th results.
Step 5: Finally, the candidates can download and save a copy of the result for future reference.
The candidates who are dissatisfied with their results can choose to appear for the supplementary exams that will be conducted once the situation is under control.
Once the results are out, the board will release the pass certificate, mark sheets, and candidates’ migration certificate online on the DigiLocker platform.
Post the announcement of the Class 12th results, the admission process in different colleges will commence. The UGC has already announced that it will commence the admission process by September after the results are declared.
As per the result statistics of the previous year i.e. 2020, the pass percentage recorded for the girl’s participant was 92.15 percent. In a similar way, the pass percentage for the boy’s students was 86.19 percent.
