Bihar Board exams for class 12 has been started. The first exam was conducted on February 06, 2019. It was held in two shifts i.e. from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm. In the first shift, the exam of Biology (I.Sc.) and R.B. Hindi (Vocational Course) was scheduled while for the second shift, the exams of Philosophy (I.A ) and Entrepreneurship (I.Com) was conducted.
The Bihar Board exam for class 12 began on Wednesday at 1339 centres in 38 districts across the state. In the first shift, for the examinations, around 13,15,371 students were registered. Out of which for the Biology exam, 3,17,273 candidates had registered and 731 students fill the form for RB Hindi (vocational).
In the second shift, 13,473 candidates registered for the Arts exams. For Commerce, 48,840 candidates filled the application form.
As an overview of the exams, the Bihar Board has also released a notification. In the notice, the board has mentioned that the first and the second shifts’ exams were held peacefully. As per the reports, around 60 students had been expelled in various districts.
According to the students, the exams of Biology and Philosophy were easy to moderate. Biology questions were easy and the short answer type questions of 2 marks were easy and were saved the time of the students. The question paper of Biology was not up to the exam pattern. There were some changes in the paper pattern. The question paper of Biology was unbalanced and there were a few topics from which the entire question paper was made. The question paper was different from the blueprint.
The questions of Philosophy were easy also. The students were happy with the question paper.
Today, the exams were scheduled for Language Subject (I.A.) in the first shift while in the second shift, the exams were of Computer Science (I.A., I.Sc. & I.Com)/ Multi-Media & Web. Tech. (I.A., I.Sc. & I.Com)/ Foundation Course (Vocational Course) were conducted.
Tomorrow, the students will appear for Physics (I.Sc)/ Yoga & Physical Edu. (I.A.) and History (I.A)/ English (Vocational Course). The exams will be held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm respectively.
