The Bihar Board School Examination (BSEB) announced the BSEB Class 12th result 2019 on March 30, 2019. The result has been announced for all Streams on the websites, bsebinteredu.in, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, bsebbihar.com. Students who appeared for the Science stream in BSEB Class 12th passed with flying colors.
The overall pass percentage of the exam was 81.20%. Rohini Prakash emerged to be the topper in the BSEB Class 12th Science stream. She obtained 94.6% in the exam. The first rank is shared by Pawan KR who obtained 94.6% marks as well. Third rank holder is Satyajit Suman who obtained 94.3%, MD Ahmed is the fourth rank holder who obtained 94.2% marks.
The exam for BSEB Class 12th was conducted in February and the result has been announced way before everyone’s expectation. Furthermore, this year’s pass percentage has improved with 79.76 percent. A total of 10.19 lakh students passed the BSEB Class 12th exam.
This year, about 81.20 students have passed from the science stream, and 93.02 percent from the commerce stream while it is 76.53 percent from arts stream.
For the Science stream, about 190144 female students appeared, there was about 468869 number of male candidates, and a total of 659013 candidates appeared for the Class 12th Science stream. Furthermore, about 252797 number of candidates passed in 1st division, 275704 in 2nd division, and 6609 in the Third Division. A total of 535110 number of students passed in the Science Stream. About 330 students were expelled in the Science stream.
To check the result, the candidates need to visit the official website of the Board. On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the relevant link for checking the result. When you click on the link, you will be re-directed to the login page for checking the result. Next, the candidates need to log in by entering their Roll Number and other details as required. Submit the login details and then the result will appear on the screen.
It is for the first time that the Bihar board adopted the moderation policy. RK Mahajan, Additional Chief-Secretary, IAS, said that “Due to changes in the question pattern made by the Board, it has been observed that there has been a significant improvement in results this year. Special training for evaluators were held in state to increase the pass percentage of the state.”
The scrutiny form for BSEB 12th will be available from April 03, 2019. The candidates can fill the scrutiny form till April 12, 2019.
