Bihar 12th Compartment Result 2018 Declared on August 26

Bihar 12th compartment result 2018

After a long wait, finally, Bihar board has come up with the 12th compartment result. On Agust 26, 2018 the board has released the result online. Students who were eagerly waiting for their results can now take a breath of relief. As the result is out now. Bihar board has released the class 12th compartment result officially through its website- http://www.bsebssresult.com/bseb.

To check your Bihar class 12th compartment result, first visit its official website. After that, a new window will appear on the screen. Here you will see that there are four links available for science, arts, commerce and vocational stream. Click on the desired link as per your stream. As you click a login window will appear. Here you need to enter your roll code, roll number and the captcha appeared on the screen. Now click on the ‘Get Result’ button and get your result online. Check your marks obtained and download it.

Bihar 12th Compartment Result 2018

This year total 1,52,504 students have appeared for the compartment result. Out of the total 59, 147 students have passed the examinations. While in terms of the percentage 38.78% of the students have passed the compartment examinations.

Streamwise, students of commerce stream has passed the examination with the more passing percentage. 46.19% of students from commerce stream has passed the exams while 37.02% of students from science stream and 44.04% of students from the arts stream has passed the examination.

Grace Policy 

 

As per the reports, Bihar board has changed its grace policy a little bit for the betterment of the students. According to the marking scheme of the board, if any student fails in any one subject, not more than 8% marks and in two subjects, not more than 4% marks then he or she will get the status of the result as cleared. Also, if any student has 75% total marks but has failed in one subject with not more than 10 percent marks then he or she will be considered in the pass category.

Reasons of Delaying of Result

Earlier, this was stated that the result will be out by August 16. But due to an unexpected death of our former prime minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the result delayed.

Also, this came to know that around 2555 students result has not yet published online. As these are all those students who have not enter the set code of their question paper on the desired OMR answer sheet. Thier copy has been uploaded in the portal. They have to submit the set code of their question paper online from August 30 to September 02, 2018. These students will receive their result by September 10, 2018.
