Bihar Board Class 10th result has been delayed further. Earlier it was expected that the board will announce the result on June 20, 2018, i.e. today. But the date has been further postponed. The reason for the result delay is expected to be the missing answer copies from the evaluation centre in Gopalganj. The result will be declared on official website i.e. biharboard.ac.in on June 26, 2018, around 11:30 am.
This incident happened just before the day of the result declaration. About 42,000 answer sheets are reported to be missing. As a consequence, the Principal and the Night Guard of the concerned centre have been arrested after the preliminary investigation. Students were excited about their result but all this happening will impact them negatively for the board.
As per some officials, the mishappening will not affect the results as the evaluation process is already over. But it will create a problem for the students who will apply for re-evaluation or re-checking. So the board has come up with the new date as well as the timing i.e. June 26, 2018, at 11:30 am.
How to check your result?
Students can check their Bihar Board class 10th result on the official website i.e. biharboard.ac.in. Then they need to click on the result link. Now enter all the relevant details like roll number etc. Submit the details and your result will appear on the screen. Check it carefully and further take out its printout for future reference.
Students can also refer indiaresults.com or examresults.net for checking the result in case of traffic on the official website.
This year around 17.70 lakh students appeared for Class 10th examination. Class 10th Bihar Board examination was administered in 1426 centers across the state. The board conducted exams from February 21 to February 28, 2018. Last year the result was declared on June 22, 2018. But this year it will be released late.
Every year Bihar Board carries some or another scam. As this year in Intermediate results, some students scored more than the total marks. Last year board experienced an infamous topper’s scam. It is expected that board will soon come over by these incidents.
Bihar Board of Secondary Education is a statutory body which conducts examination for Secondary and Senior Secondary level. It imparts school education in the states as well as supervises, monitors and regulates the working of the education system in Bihar.
