Bharathidasan University has announced the semester results of all the UG Programmes of the 2018 batch on the official website i.e. bdu.ac.in. The candidates who have appeared for the Semester exam and have opted for any of the UG programmes i.e. BCA, B.SC, BStat, BA, B.Com, BBA and BLit can check their results along with the marks scored in each subject. The examination for all of these UG regular programmes has been conducted in April 2021.
The candidates who wish to check their UG Results have to initially visit the official website of the university i.e. bdu.ac.in. On the homepage, the candidates need to check the direct link of the UG Programmes Result 2021 under the circular and notification tab. Thereafter, the candidates will be redirected to the result page wherein they are required to click on the direct link of “April UG 2018 Batch Result”. On clicking the same, the candidates will land on the login page therein they have to enter the Registration Number and click on the submit button.
The BDU UG result card comprises a lot of major information related to the candidates i.e. Name of the Examination along with the batch number, Candidate’s Name, Candidate’s Registration Number, Programme Name, Subject Code, Marks scored in the Internal Assessment, Grades earned in each subject and overall final result i.e Pass or Fail.
The candidate’s result along with the subject wise marks and grades scored in each subject can be checked on the next page. As per the official website, the candidates appearing in the exam have to score at least 40% marks in each subject. The candidates who fail to score the marks will be considered to have failed the exam and will not be promoted to the next semester.
Those candidates who are not satisfied with their results or marks can seek revaluation or reappear for the supplementary exam. The candidates need to fill the revaluation form that is available on the official website of the University on the Result tab. In the revaluation form, the candidates need to specify their name, Registration number, branch or programme opted, subject name along with the marks scored. The candidates need to send the duly filled revaluation form to the HOD or the Principal of the college.
In addition to this, the candidates will also be required to pay the revaluation fee. The payment of the application fee will be done only through the online method. There will be a separate payment fee for each process i.e. for transparency the fee is Rs 400 per paper. However, for Retotalling and Revaluation, the application fee is Rs 250 and Rs 500 respectively.
