Bharat Electronics Limited has published an official notification for the engagement of eligible candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer, Project Engineer and Project Officer. According to the official notification, 18 vacancies are available under BEL India recruitment. The application form against the advertised post should reach the conducting body on or before September 15, 2020. Aspirants interested in the recruitment can download the notification for BEL website, bel-india.in.

Out of the total 18 vacancies, 11 posts are announced for Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officers Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Finance and 07 posts for Project Engineers and Project Officer (Electronics, Mechanical, HR). The shortlisted candidates are appointed for a short term basis at the Manufacturing Unit located at NDA Road, Pashan, Pune. Candidates appointed as Trainee Engineer will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 31,000/- for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd contract year respectively. Similarly, candidates selected as Project Engineer-I receives a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000/-, Rs. 40,000/-, Rs. 45,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of contract respectively.

A full time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg is required for engineering disciplines. For HR and Finance discipline, candidates must have full-time MBA, MSW in HR and MBA Finance course. General/ OBC/ EWS category candidates should have passed their MBA/BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg with first division and SC/ ST/ PWD must have qualified their educational qualification in pass class. To apply, candidate’s upper age should not exceed that of 25 years for Trainee Engineer/ Officer and 28 years for Project Engineer/ Officer. However, the age limit for SC/ ST/ PWD/ OBC candidates is permissible as per the government rules.

To apply for these post, minimum post qualification experience as on August 01, 2020, is mandatory. A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant industry is necessary to apply for Trainee Engineer. For those who are applying for Trainee Officer in Finance discipline, must have a minimum of 01 years of post-qualification experience. Minimum of 02 years of post-qualification is mandatory to apply for Project Engineer/ Officer.

Candidates can apply for more than a post if they are eligible as per the eligibility norms. However, they have to submit separate application form for each post applied. To apply, they can download the application form from the official website, bel-india.in. Candidates have to submit a scanned copy of filled in application form and information in Excel file to [email protected]. After the email, a hard copy of the same should be sent to Sr. Dy. General Manager (HR&A), Bharat Electronics Limited, N.D.A.Road, Pashan, Pune- 411021. Along with the form, attach excel print out of the information as emailed, demand draft, self-attested copies of the documents and 02 passport size photograph. Go through the detailed notification once before proceeding with the application for the procedure.
