Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) is all set to begin the application process today, January 07, 2022, for the Online Screening Test 2022. Although the exact timing is not known, one thing’s for sure – the entire application process shall take place through the online mode on the official website awesindia.com. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the first part of the selection process on or before January 28, 2022. This year, AWES has given a special provision of conducting an AI-proctored online screening test. So, candidates will have no need to travel to any exam center, especially under the current, worrying circumstances.
According to the official schedule, the AWES Online Screening Test 2022 registration process will be held from January 07 to 28, 2022. Those who have successfully registered for the exam shall be issued admit cards from February 10, 2022. Candidates are expected to download and preferably, print a copy of their hall tickets before the exam dates.
In addition, the AWES Online Screening Test 2022 is all set to be conducted on February 19 and 20, 2022. The exam will be held in the online proctored format wherein, candidates will be invigilated using AI-based technology. With this facility being implemented, candidates can appear for the test within the comfort of their homes. Moreover, by employing this option, there is no chance of this test being postponed to another day due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in the country.
The facility of AI-based online proctored examination is limited to areas that have been severely affected by the impending third wave of COVID-19. So, the question remains –who will get to avail this provision while the rest report to a particular exam centre?
Candidates will get more clarity on this during the release of AWES Admit Card 2022. The hall ticket may specify the format in which a candidate will be appearing for the screening test. However, this is just a conjecture and AWES is yet to provide any statement confirming this.
Post conduction of AWES Online Screening Test 2022, candidates can expect their results to come out by February 28, 2022, as mentioned in the official notification. The official schedule has been uploaded on AWES’s portal awesindia.com. Those preparing for the exam are advised to download this schedule for future reference.
AWES Online Screening Test 2022 will be held in the form of two papers – Paper A and Paper B. While the former will be a general paper, the latter will be subject-specific. Paper A is common to both Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT). Paper B however, will differ depending on the subject-specific to each candidate.
