ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) is conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). This test is meant to provide admission to students in the different postgraduate courses such as MBA, PGDM, and PGDBA. ATMA examination for the ongoing year will be held 5 times. The candidates who have successfully registered themselves can download the admit card for the examination from the official website i.e. atmaaims.com.
The admit card of the ATMA 2021, scheduled to take place on May 30, 2021, is going to be released online. Candidates need to first visit the official website first and then, select the ‘Candidate Login’ available in the dropdown of the ‘ATMA Online Exam’ tab. Next, upon clicking the same, they will be required to first choose the date of the exam. Then, candidates have to enter their PID and Password as mentioned on the registration form and captcha code available on the homepage. Upon hitting the submit button, the admit card of the candidate will appear on the computer screen.
The ATMA admit card consists of major details, guidelines to prepare for the computer test, browser extension required for the examination, system compatibility test and login time & process, applicant’s name, PID number, password and candidate’s photograph uploaded on the application number.
The candidates who forget their PID/Password for the ATMA exam are required to click on the Forgot Password icon. Post this, they will be asked to choose the exam day, PID/Password that they wish to retrieve. Next, the candidates have to enter DOB, Registered Mobile number and Registered Email ID and captcha code mentioned on the screen. Upon entering all the details, the candidates will get their PID or Password, whatever they want to retrieve.
ATMA 2021 is going to be held in a remote proctored way for 3 hours or 180 minutes. The questions will comprise six sections (Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills, Verbal Skills, Analytical Reasoning Skills and Quantitative Skills. A total of 180 questions are asked in the exam with each section having 30 questions.
There will be sectional timing of 30 minutes for each section and candidates have to exhaust the timing of each section to unlock the next section. The question paper is going to be only in the English language. Every correct answer fetches 1 mark and the 0.25 mark is deducted for an incorrect answer.
The candidate who didn’t qualify for the exam in the first attempt can appear for the same again, as the institute conducts the exam 5 times a year. However, for each attempt, the candidate will have to fill the ATMA Application form again.
