Army Recruitment Office, Kota is going to conduct a recruitment rally to fill up posts of Sepoy D Pharma and Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant. An official recruitment notice has been published in this regard at the official Indian Army recruitment website i.e. joinindianarmy.nic.in. Eligible candidates from specified districts of Rajasthan are invited to register online at the army website starting from August 08, 2020, to September 22, 2020. The rally is scheduled to be conducted during the period from October 07, 2020, to March 31, 2021. Admit cards for the rally are going to be issued to eligible applicants through registered email, 15 days before the rally date (exact date, location, and venue to be confirmed later).
Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions before applying online. Candidates domiciled in the districts of Ajmer, Bundi, Baran, Bhilwara, Kota, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand and Jhalawar are eligible to apply. For the post of Sepoy D Pharma (Army Medical Corps), candidates within the age of 19 to 25 years are eligible to apply. Candidates must have passed their Class 12th exam with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. In addition, a D. Pharma qualification acquired by securing 55% minimum aggregate marks is required. Candidates must be registered in a State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India. B. Pharma candidates with 50% marks are also eligible to apply. For the post of Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant (AMC/NA VET), candidates within the age group of 17.5 to 23 years are eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed Class 12th with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany/Zoology and English with 50% minimum marks in aggregate and 40% minimum marks in each subject are eligible to apply.
The selection of the eligible applicants is to be done through Physical Fitness Tests (PFTs) at the rally site. PFTs include 1.6 km run, Beam (Pull-ups), 9 Feet Ditch and Zig-Zag Balance. Candidates must qualify in these tests as well as the physical measurement tests as per the applicable standards. Minimum height of 170 cm and weight of 50 kg is required along with chest measurement of 77 cm and a 5 cm expansion capacity. Relaxations are however applicable as per norms for specially reserved candidates. After the physical tests, candidates must also pass the Medical test failing which, they must go for specialist review within 14 days and report back to the ARO for issuance of admit cards for the written exam if found fit. For all other candidates who are declared fit at the rally site, the admit cards for the written exam are immediately issued to them in person.
Candidates are advised to make arrangements for accommodation during the rally days and carry sufficient eatables and drinking water. Candidates must carry the issued admit card in printed form and 20 copies of recent colour, unattested passport-sized photographs to the rally site. In addition, educational certificates, domicile certificate, character certificate, and other specified documents must be carried to the rally site in original as well as their photocopies. Candidates must note that it is mandatory to register online, failing which, admit cards are not issued and candidates are not allowed to participate in the rally.
