Apply Online for Bank Job with Zero Fee! SBI Apprentice 2019 Recruitment for 700 Vacancies

SBI Apprentice 2019

State Bank of India (SBI) is invites applications for the post of apprentices for which there are 700 vacancies. Detailed notification in this regard has been released at sbi.co.in, and online application form is also available now. Graduates between 20 to 28 years of age, can apply online with zero fee.

SBI Apprentice recruitment 2019 is to fill 150 vacancies in the state of Haryana, 400 in Punjab, and 150 in Himachal Pradesh. Besides the official website of SBI, the link for the online registrations are open at nsdcindia.org/apprenticeship, apprenticeshipindia.org, bfsissc.com. Last date to apply is October 06, 2019.

A valid email id, mobile number, scanned photograph of 20 kb to 50 kb, and scanned signature of size 10kb to 20kb are some pre-requites to apply for SBI Apprentice 2019. Once the form is filled up completely, candidates can re-open the saved data using their registration number and password to edit the particulars if needed. This facility will be available only three times.

The selection process will be done on the basis of online written test and test of local languages. The online written test will include objective type of questions pertaining to general english, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability and computer aptitude. The paper will be of 100 marks, with each section carrying 25 marks. Candidates have to finish the exam within 1 hour. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks for any wrong answer.

After that, a merit list will be drawn state-wise and category-wise. Candidates qualified in the test will be placed according to their aggregate marks in descending order in the respective states and categories. Other information regarding the examination will be out in the ‘Acquaint Yourself’ booklet along with the call letter for the test.

SBI will issue call letters for the exam on October 15, 2019.

The online examination is scheduled to be held on October 23, 2019 in Haryana, HP, and Punjab. Cities where exam will be held in Haryana are Ambala, Faridabad, Gurugram, Hissar, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Yamunanagar, Delhi/New Delhi, Greater Noida, Gaziabad. Then in Himachal Pradesh the centers will be at Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Palampur, Shimla, Sirmaur, Solan, Una. Punjab exam centers for SBI apprentice recruitment 2019 will be Amritsar, Bhatinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala, Sangrur, Chandigarh.

Those who qualify the online test, will have to appear for local language test. It will be conducted to assess whether the candidate is capable of reading, writing and speak fluently in their local languages. Hindi and Punjabi are languages for Haryana. For Punjab it is Punjabi, Hindi. And for Himachal Pradesh, it is Hindi. However, the candidates who produce 10th / 12th marksheet or certificate evidence having studied the local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

Apprentices in State Bank of India will undergo 1 year of training. They will be eligible for stipend of 70% of semi-skilled labour wages that apply in their states or Rs 8,000 per month whichever is higher.
