AP Police Constable Merit List, Provisional Selection List 2019 Published! 2,623 Candidates Qualify

AP Police Constable Merit List

Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board (APSLPRB) has published AP Police Constable merit list 2019 at slprb.ap.gov.in. Merit lists and provisional selection lists have been put up at the website. 

There are three merit lists, and six selection lists. The merit lists are published separately for – stipendiary cadet trainee police constable civil with warder men and women, stipendiary cadet trainee police constable AR and APSP, firemen in AP fire and emergency services department. The provisional selection lists are separately for stipendiary cadet trainee police constable civil, stipendiary cadet trainee police constable AR, stipendiary cadet trainee police constable APSP, firemen, warder men, and warder women. 

Whereas the merit lists consist of rank, registration number, date of birth, category, total marks, and district of all candidates who took the test. The provisional selection list contain details only of the candidates who have qualified. As per the merit lists, 53,441 candidates appeared for firemen, 45,306 candidates appeared for APSP and AR, and 57,626 candidates appeared for Civil and warder posts.

1,651 candidates have qualified for the post of SCT PCs (Civil) (Men and Women) / Warder (Men and Women) with 1,651 qualified candidates. Its merit has been compiled on the basis of 200 marks in final written exam. For SCT PCs (AR) (Men and Women) / PCs (APSP) (Men), there are 579 qualified candidates. Their lists are on basis of 100 marks (that is 50% of 200 marks of exam) plus 100 marks in physical efficiency test, thus totalling 200 marks. And for firemen in AP fire and emergency services department, 393 candidates have qualified. Their merit was determined as per marks out of 200 marks in final written exam.

Although cut off has not been separately published, candidates can go through the provisional selection lists and see the marks of the last qualified candidate in each category to know the cut offs.

AP Police recruitment 2019 was notified last year in November. This recruitment has 1,600 vacancies of civil police constable, 400 vacancies of firmen. Then there are 300 vacancies each of police constable AR, and APSP. For men warders, there are 100 vacancies, and for female warders, there are 23 vacancies.

After the exams, candidates could download their data and marks in final written exam from slprb.ap.gov.in from July 29. They could also submit email for data correction until August 4.
