The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh Health & FW Department – Amaravathi, Vijayawada has released the notification for AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019. The 13 official notifications have been released online at gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in.
More than one lakh vacancies for various posts like panchayat secretary, Village revenue officer, Grama engineer, Animal husbandry assistant, Multi-purpose fisheries assistant, women police assistant,child welfare and education assistant, engineering assistant, digital assistant, Horticulture MPEOs are open. The online application form all recruitment is scheduled to start from 27 July 2019. The application process is done completely by online mode only. No offline form is released for the candidates. Submit the AP Grama Sachivalayam Application Form 2019 before August 10, 2019.
In order to apply for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR. Once registration is done, the candidates get their user ID to their registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through the above said website.
The application fee for AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019 is Rs. 200/- towards application processing fee and Rs. 200/- towards examination fee. However, the candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PHC/Ex Servicemen are exempted from paying the application fee. Aspirants can pay the application fee by online mode only using Credit card/ debit card/ net banking.
The written examination for the said posts is likely to be held on September 01, 2019. The written test consist of MCQ type questions which are to be answered by the candidates on the OMR sheet. The admit card for the registered candidates will be issued at least 03 days before the test.
The District Selection Committee (DSC) is the selection authority and the District Collector is the appointing authority. The DSC will follow the principle of order of merit and the selection process is carried out. The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts is done on the basis of their merit in the OMR based written examination.
In order to qualify the candidates need to obtain minimum cut off as per the rules of the recruitment body. The minimum qualifying marks to be obtained by a candidate are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SCs, STs and PHs. However, SC/ST candidates not coming up for selection with the existing minimum qualifying marks in the written test shall be considered on the basis of rank with reference to their performance in the OMR based written examination irrespective of the marks secured.
The AP Grama Sachivalayam is intended for village empowerment, to provide villagers with daily activities resolving. They will have to work for Panchayatraj, drinking water, primary education, hospitals, agriculture, women and children welfare, and various other services related to the villages. Each candidate selected for the given posts will have 10 employees. AP Grama Sachivalayam also implements various government-related works of that grama panchayat.
