All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is expected to declare the INI CET 2021 result today on July 26, 2021. The result will be declared online at the official website of Institute- aiimsexams.ac.in. Once it is declared, candidates who have appeared in the PG entrance test can check their individual results online. Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) was conducted on July 22, 2021, in computer-based mode.
INI CET result 2021 will be published in a pdf file, in the form of a merit list. The result will carry details like candidate’s roll number, category, All India Rank, category rank, percentile scores, remarks, etc. Further, the candidates will also be able to check their individual marks online.
In order to check the AIIMS INI CET 2021 result, candidates need to visit the official website aiimsexams.ac.in. Thereafter, they have to click on the “Result” tab given on the homepage. That will lead them to a new window where candidates have to click on a result link. Then they have to add their registration ID and password. Doing so, the entrance test result will be displayed on the screen. All the candidates need to download and take the printout of their results for further references. The steps we’ve mentioned here are based on the process that was followed to check the result last year. It may or may not remain the same.
The minimum percentile required to qualify INI CET exam is 50% for Unreserved and OCI candidates. For OBC, SC, ST, PwBD candidates the qualifying percentile is 45% marks. Candidates securing equal or more than their category wise cut-off will be called for INI CET 2021 counselling. The finally selected candidates will be empanelled for admission into MD/MS, MDS, DM, and MCh courses in participating INIs across the country.

According to the final seat matrix, the highest number of MD/MS, MDS, DM, and M.Ch seats, 227 seats will be filled in AIIMS Delhi. Whereas, 35 seats to be filled in AIIMS Bhopal, 46 seats in AIIMS Bhubaneshwar, 101 seats in AIIMS Jodhpur, 32 seats in AIIMS Nagpur, 63 seats in AIIMS Patna, 56 in AIIMS Raipur, and 12 seats will be filled in AIIMS Rishikesh. Along with this, 124 seats in JIPMER Puducherry, 25 seats in NIMHANS Bengaluru and 125 seats in AIIMS Chandigarh are on offer. A total of 27 (26 MD/MS+1 MDS) seats are reserved for persons with benchmark disabilities (PWBD) in AIIMS New Delhi and seven other AIIMS.
For admissions to AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Rishikesh, JIPMER Puducherry and NIMHANS Bengaluru, Foreign National/ Sponsored candidates are not required to participate in the online counselling and seat allocation process. Their seat allocation process will be made in the INI CET result notification. Whereas, for admission to PGIMER, Chandigarh candidates have to participate in the seat allocation process to be conducted by the Institute.
Earlier, the PG entrance test was conducted at designated centres across the country. It was conducted with an aim to shortlist the candidates for admission to AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER Puducherry, and NIMHANS Bengaluru. AIIMS INI CET 2021 exam was supposed to be held on June 16, but, later it was postponed by the Supreme Court on the requests of students, citing the then COVID-19 situation across the country.
