Amrita Vishwa Vishyapeetham has begun the slot booking process for the upcoming AEEE 2022 entrance exam. The process began yesterday, June 10, 2022, through the online mode. Instead of visit the official website amrita.edu, registered candidates were expected to access their email account and look for the slot-booking intimation. In this intimation, a link was attached which gave direct access to the facility.
Incidentally, yesterday was also the last date to register for the Amita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) 2022. The test is scheduled in two phases – Phase 1 and Phase 2. The former is going to be conducted from June 17 to 19, 2022. Three slots are available on each day –
Slot 1 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Slot 2 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Slot 3 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
How to book AEEE 2022 phase 1 slot?
To book a slot for AEEE 2022 phase 1 exam, candidates must follow the steps give below –
Step 1: Open the email about slot-booking process sent on the registered email ID by Amrita university.
Step 2: Access the slot-booking link provided in the email. This will directly open-up the login window.
Step 3: Enter the required credentials such as Application Number and Password.
Step 4: Key-in the captcha code before clicking on the ‘Login’ option.
Step 5: After logging-in, the “Book a seat” menu will appear on the screen. Details such as test name, schedule, city, date and test centre name will be mentioned.
Step 6: Enter the date and click on the ‘Book’ option next to desired time slot.
Step 7: After confirming the slot, the AEEE 2022 phase 1 admit card will be generated automatically. Download or take a printout of the admit card well in-advance before the exam date.
Once submitted, candidates do not have the choice of changing their AEEE 2022 time-slot. Hence, they are advised to choose the option carefully in their mind before clicking on the ‘Book’ option.
AEEE 2022 Phase 1 & 2
This year, Amrita university has planned on holding two sessions of AEEE 2022. While phase 1 is scheduled this month, session 2 is going to be conducted from July 31 to August 02, 2022. The slot timings however, remain the same.
AEEE 2022 entrance exam will be held in the Online Remote Proctored (ORP) format. This gives candidates the freedom to take the test within the comfort of their home or any suitable environment, having a reliable connection.
