The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the question paper and response sheets of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET 2021. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can now download the question paper and response sheets from the official website – ctet.nic.in. The series of examinations culminated on January 21, 2022.
Candidates should hereby note that only the question paper containing their responses have been released by CBSE. Answer keys for CTET 2021 are yet to be hosted on the official website. They should not pay heed to rumours and wait until an official update is available on the CTET 2021 website.
If they wish, examinees can get a photocopy of the recorded responses along with the calculation sheet. For that, they have to pay an amount of Rs 500 by demand draft in favor of the CBSE Secretary. However, the official answer keys will be released along with a public notice that will be hosted on ctet.nic.in. To know when candidates can expect the official answer keys, take a look at the previous year’s trends.

As per previous year trends, the response sheets along with the answer keys are released on the same date. For example, in 2018 and 2016, both response sheets and answer keys were published on December 28 and September 18, respectively. However, since the same has not been the case time, then one can expect the answer keys within a week’s time. An expected duration would be by February 01, 2022.
What Next?
Please note that the answer key that is expected to release shortly will be provisional in nature. Candidates will be given the facility to challenge the answer keys by paying a non-refundable prescribed fee. This fee will be constituted as processing charges. As per the information bulletin, the provisional answer keys are expected to be available only for two to three days.
After receiving the challenges or representations, the subject experts will review them and after that, the final CTET 2021 answer key will be released on the official website. Nevertheless, only paid challenges will be accepted and that too within the stipulated time. Challenges that are submitted by any other medium are not going to be considered. After the declaration of the CTET 2021 result, no grievance shall be entertained.
