WCD, Porbandar is inviting online applications from eligible women candidates for the recruitment of Anganwadi Helper and Anganwadi Worker. A total of 80 vacancies are out for the said posts. Aspirants who are eligible for the post are appointed under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), Women and Child Development. Detailed notification for the recruitment is available on e-hrms.gujarat.gov.in. Those who are interested in this recruitment can submit their online application on or before August 13, 2020.
Candidates who wish to apply for the announced posts must satisfy the eligibility norms as prescribed by the conducting boy. First, they must be a local resident of the Porbandar district. Only women candidates are eligible for the said Anganwadi Helper and Worker post. To apply for Anganwadi Helper post, candidates must have passed at least 10th standard. Those who wish to apply for Anganwadi Worker must have acquired minimum 12th standard educational qualification. Those who have educational qualification more than the mentioned above are also eligible for the posts. All these educational qualifications must be acquired from Gujarat state institutions only. Moreover, eligible candidates must have completed a minimum of 18 years and not more than 33 years for this recruitment.
Those are eligible as per the eligibility criteria are required to submit the forms through e-hrms.gujarat.gov.in. Candidates can get the link to apply under recruitment > apply > Advertisement for the post of AWW/AWH–PORBANDAR > apply. Before aspirants proceed to submit their application form, they have to register themselves. For this, they have to enter their names in Gujarati and English languages, enter their Anganwadi, Taluka, District and mobile number. An OTP for the verification is sent to the mobile. After verification, they get their registration number. Hereafter, they can proceed to submit their forms by entering the educational qualification, category, date of birth, educational qualification information, and upload photograph, signature, date of birth proof, residential proof, affidavit of Rs. 100/-, diploma and 10th and 12th pass certificate.
Eligible aspirants are shortlisted based on the merit list prepared by WCD Porbandar. Based on the educational qualification, age, and other aspects the merit list is prepared. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the merit list for the interview round. They can get the schedule for interview such as date, time and venue for the interview later on. Eligible candidates can download the merit list from, e-hrms.gujarat.gov.in accordingly.
