West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has released the admit card for WBJEE 2018. The pen and paper state level test will be conducted on April 22 and the candidates will have to carry admit card to the exam hall.

To download the admit card of WBJEE 2018, the candidates will have to go to wbjeeb.nic.in and click on “Download Admit Card 2018” button. It will lead to a new window, in which, the candidates will have to choose application form and enter application number, password, and security pin. Once all the details have been submitted, the candidates need to download the admit card and take out a print copy of it.

Check the details mentioned on the admit card. In case of any discrepancies, the candidate should immediately contact WBJEE Board for the same. The candidates should note that they will only be able to download the admit card until exam day. If a candidate wishes to get a duplicate admit card after exam day then they need to submit Rs. 500 through Demand Draft to Board, before  July 31, 2018.

On the exam day, along with the admit card the candidates also have to carry one photo id proof and a photograph. A valid photo id proof can be the Aadhaar Card, Voter ID card, Class 10 school Admit card, Student ID card, etc. The candidates will have to carry it in original. It should also be noted that the photograph on the exam day should be exactly the same as that submitted in the application form of WBJEE.

WBJEE Board conducts WBJEE for admissions of deserving candidates in various postgraduate courses and vocational courses in any colleges or universities in the State of West Bengal. The Board strictly demands that the candidates follow the rules of the examination.

On the exam day, the candidates must reach the exam hall at least 30 minutes before the examination. Students must take their seats at least 15 minutes before the exam starts. It is advised to spot the exact location of the centre one day before the actual date of examination to avoid any last minute inconvenience. Also, at the exam hall, checking will be done to ensure no unfair means are being carried inside the hall.

Avoid taking any extra items except admit card, photograph and identity card. At the examination centre storage facilities to keep your bags, mobile phones etc will not be provided. Any written material, calculator, pen, docu-pen, wristwatch, log-table, any communication device is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

Download the admit card as soon as possible, as of now you must have known your examination centre, timings and Rules of Examination. It is time that you prepare for the test accordingly, for example, you can prepare a dummy examination environment and can give your mock test in the same timings as mentioned in the admit cards.

Keep yourself calm on and before the examination day and avoid learning new topics at last minute as sometimes it can slacken off your confidence level. So be confident and remind yourself how much hard work you have done in the last few months. Sit in the examination with a fresh and clear mind.

All the best candidates and give your best in the examination. For any doubts and queries, comment below to let us know.
