The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board, through its latest notification, has postponed the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2022. The examination, which was supposed to be held on April 23 will now be held on April 30, 2022. Despite this postponement, all other examination related details and information remain unchanged. Candidates can check the official notice from wbjeeb.nic.in.
When will admit cards be released?
The WBJEE 2022 admit card will be issued on a notified date which hasn’t been intimated yet. Once the admit card is released, applicants will have to download the same from the official website – wbjeeb.nic.in. After that, they will be required to take a printout of the admit card and carry the same to the examination centres. To have an idea of the expected date, let’s take a look at the previous year trends.

Taking cues from these trends, it seems likely that the admit cards can be released at least 12 to 07 days prior to the examination date. In other words, candidates can expect the WBJEE 2022 admit card to be released any day between April 17 to 23, 2022. It is likely that a fixed date will be notified on the official website.
Examination Centre
Candidates will be allotted examination centres based on their zone choices. In case any unavoidable circumstance arises, then a different centre may be allocated to them. The Board’s decision, in this regard, will be final. Details regarding the examination venue will be mentioned in the admit cards.
How to download?
As mentioned already, the admit cards have to be downloaded from the official website since no admit card will be sent via post or any other means. To know how to download the admit cards, here are the steps that can be followed.
Step 1- Go to the official website of WBJEE 2022 at wbjeeb.nic.in
Step 2- Scroll down and click on the link that reads ‘Download Admit Card’.
Step 3- Choose either of the two options available for downloading the admit cards.
Step 4- Enter application number, password or date of birth.
Step 5- Click on the ‘Download Admit Card’ link that appears at the bottom of the page.
Step 6- Take a printout of the displayed admit card.
