The West Bengal Bangla Sahayata Kendra (WBBSK) 2021 online application for recruiting Data Entry Operators (DEO) has started from August 02, 2021. The last date to apply for the same via wbbsk.in is tomorrow, i.e. August 07, 2021. Candidates willing to apply must note that this recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 2744 vacancies in different offices of all districts and their sub-division/block levels in West Bengal state.
To make an online application, candidates must first visit wbbsk.in and then click on the ‘Apply Now’ link that is available at the centre bottom of the page. This will now take them to the online application window where the application form will be displayed. Candidates will first have to fill the post information by specifying the district along with three preferred blocks. Next, they have to provide the basic information like name, parent’s name, date of birth, blood group, religion caste, etc. On the right-hand side of the window, they can upload their photograph, signature and caste certificate (if applicable).
In the next step, the candidates have to fill all the details related to their address and also provide the PAN, Aadhar and Voter ID numbers. Further, they have to fill up their academic qualifications related to their school or pre-degree level. After that, they can specify their latest technical qualification and work experience information (optional). Candidates must then check the boxes for the languages that they can speak and write. The last step of the application is to upload the scanned documents and submit the application.
Candidates must be ready with documents like passport photo, signature, proof of date of birth, academic qualification proof, computer training certificate from a reputed institute, aadhar card and caste certificate (if applicable). These documents are required to be uploaded online and must have a maximum size of 50 KB. The preferred format is either JPG or PNG.
In terms of eligibility criteria, the candidates must have passed higher secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board and must also possess a computer training certificate. The minimum age limit is 18 years while the maximum age should be 40 years as on March 31, 2021. Candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories will get relaxation up to 3 years in the upper age limit. Applicants must note that the online applications will remain closed from 7 PM to 8 AM due to server maintenance. They can apply either before or after the specified time.
