SRM University-AP has received the QS I-GAUGE Diamond rating for overall institutional excellence, marking a strong performance across teaching, research and innovation.
In the domain-wise assessment, the university’s Facilities earned a Platinum rating. Gold ratings were awarded for Employability, Teaching & Learning, Research, Diversity & Accessibility, and Internationalisation. Governance & Structure received a Silver rating. The results indicate that the university’s teaching-learning practices, infrastructure, governance and student engagement align with global benchmarks.
“The QS I-GAUGE evaluation highlights SRM AP’s strengths and areas for investment. We will use these insights to refine how we allocate resources and to reinforce our competitive edge in the education sector,” said Dr Karthik Rajendran, Associate Dean, Office of the Dean – Quality Assurance and Rankings.

QS I-GAUGE is an audit-based rating system that assesses institutions across a structured set of parameters, providing a 360-degree view of performance. SRM University-AP said the outcome supports its goal of building a research-intensive, globally connected academic ecosystem that nurtures creativity, critical thinking and social responsibility.
