Utkal University, Vani Vihar has released the admit cards for the Utkal University Examination Management System (UUEMS) Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) 3rd semester 2021 examination. Admit cards have been released on the official website uuems.in. The 3rd semester exams are scheduled to be conducted from August 23 to 27, 2021. This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, exams will be held through the online mode for all three streams – Arts, Science and Commerce. Even practical exams will be held online from August 31 to September 09, 2021. However, in case of any logistic issues, students may be called to schools to appear for practical exams.
To download the admit cards, students have to use the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit the official website of UUEMS i.e., uuems.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the link attached to “Download Admit Card of +3 CBCS 3rd Semester (Regular) Examination 2020”. This link will be present under “Recent Notice”.
Step 3: By clicking on the link, a new page will open requesting the login credentials. Key in the 16-digit university registration number, date of birth or mobile number.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ option to access the admit card. After doing so, admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download or take a printout of the admit card as soon as possible. Don’t wait for the last minute to print this important document.
The UUMES CBCS 3rd semester exam will be conducted through the online mode. Before the exam begins, candidates have to keep certain things handy. These include electronic devices (used to appear for the exam), printed copy of admit card, 50-60 A4 -size papers and a “scanning and making PDF” software. They are advised to the check whether the devices are properly functioning or not. At the same time, it’s also important that the internet connectivity is stable and reliable.
The 3rd semester exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours from August 23 to 27, 2021. This duration is applicable for both practical and non-practical subjects. Students are expected to write their answers on the A4-size blank sheets and send scanned images to the authorities via email. However, before writing the answers, students must specify their name, university Regd. No. cum Exam Roll No., subject, paper name on top of each extra page, etc. At the bottom of each page, students have to mention their roll no. and mention the page number. All these details have to be filled using a black ballpoint pen.
