The Uttar Pradesh Basic Examination Board along with the Uttar Pradesh Exam Regulatory Authority, successfully conducted the Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) on January 23, 2022. The exam was held in two sessions for Paper 1 and 2 separately. Both sessions lasted for 2 and half hours from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm respectively.
OMR sheets to reach today!
As per the official schedule, the Uttar Pradesh Basic Examination Board will deliver the set of OMR sheets for both paper 1 and paper 2 to the state’s exam regulatory authority today, January 25, 2022. Moreover, the board is planning to release the UPTET 2021 provisional answer keys for both papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2 on January 27, 2022. The answer key will be released on the official website of UPTET.
Both papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2 being objective in nature have their respective answer keys associated with them. Candidates wishing to calculate a rough estimate of their score obtained in the UPTET 2021 exam can use the provisional answer key as the chances of answers getting different are quite less.
UPTET Answer Keys
Applicants must note that this answer key will be provisional in nature. Any candidate wishing to raise objections/ comments against this provisional answer key can do so latest by February 01, 2022. Those objections which are raised through the official portal on the UPTET’s official website will be accepted by the authority.
The board will consider all the objections, will set up a committee meeting, and then will come up with the final decisions regarding the changes that need to be made in the answer key. While this may take some time, the board has decided to release the UPTET final answer key for Paper 1 and 2 on February 23, 2022.
The final answer key will be considered while calculating the results for UPTET 2021 exam. Scores calculated using this answer key will be final in nature. Soon after releasing the answer keys, results will be announced on the official website of UPTET.
