Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment 2018 exam date. Accordingly, all registered candidates are expected to appear for the written exam on January 30, 2022. The exam is going to be conducted offline through pen-and-paper at selected centers across the country. Before this, however, candidates have time up to December 27, 2021, to re-upload their photograph and signature. This provision is for those candidates who have uploaded distorted or poor-quality images during the UPSSSC JE 2018 application process. Names of those candidates have been specified on the official portal under the ‘Objected’ section.
UPSSSC recently issued two important public notices on the official website upsssc.gov.in. The first public notice informs about the facility for re-uploading photographs and signatures. According to the notice, the commission had earlier invited applications for JE Recruitment 2018. Candidates were given ample time to fill and submit the online application form along with uploading the required documents.
Photograph/Signature Changes
After the completion of the UPSSSC JE 2018 application process, photograph, signature, and gender mentions in all applications were analyzed. Thereafter, the commission went on to specify the names of those candidates whose photograph and signature images are not clear. These candidates were listed under the ‘Objected‘ section. Such candidates have time from December 21 to 27, 2021, to upload these documents again.
Candidates are instructed to upload their photograph and signature in accordance with the format and dimensions mentioned by UPSSSC. Moreover, they must make sure that the images are clear and legible for the viewer. So that their candidature will be accepted for the JE 2018 recruitment process.
UPSSSC also uploaded another public notice announcing the JE Written Examination 2018 date. Accordingly, the exam is going to be conducted on Sunday, January 30, 2022. However, the admit card date is yet to be announced. So, candidates have been advised to keep track of the official website in this regard.
Admit cards will be issued to all those candidates whose applications have been accepted by UPSSSC. They will be issued through the online mode on the official website itself. Once released, each candidate needs to download his/her JE 2018 admit card and take a printout of the same before the recruitment exam.
UPSSSC JE 2018 admit card is still a concern for the later stage. Right now, candidates need to focus on uploading their photograph and signature again, within the stipulated time period. This is a crucial step that will ensure their candidature for the recruitment process.
