According to the latest media reports, after the recommendations by the Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department, it is expected that the UP board exams for class 10 and class 12 might be postponed. An official announcement for the same shall also be out this week. Earlier, the UP board exams were scheduled to start from April 24, 2021.
The major reason for postponing the UP Board exams 2021 as stated by the officials is that the exams are coinciding with panchayat poll dates. Now, it is expected that the UP board exams will start with CBSE and ICSE boards, i.e in the month of May 2021. The elections for gram panchayats, kshetra panchayats, and Zila panchayats in Uttar Pradesh are going to be held in four phases, on April 15, 19, 26, and 29. The counting of votes will start from May 2, hence, UP Board 10th & 12th exams 2021 shall be held after May 2, 2021.
As per the latest schedule released, Uttar Pradesh Secondary Board is conducting the class 10th examinations from April 24 to May 10, 2021. Whereas, class 12th examination was going to start from April 24 and will conclude by May 12. The exams were going to be held in two shifts.

Complete the exam syllabus on time and solve past year question papers as much as possible. Also, do not forget to take a look at the question papers as released by the board as this will give the students an idea of the exam pattern, marking scheme, answering the questions, etc.
