Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the date sheet for Class 10 board exams 2022. The date sheet has been uploaded in PDF format, on the official website upmsp.edu.in. Accordingly, the Class 10 board exams shall commence from March 24, 2022, with the Hindi and Elementary Hindi subjects. These papers will be held through the offline, pen-and-paper mode, at selected centers across the country. Board exams will end on April 12, 2022, with the Mathematics subject.
Earlier, the UP Class 10 and 12 students were ardently waiting for the 2022 board exam schedule. However, the state was preoccupied in conducting the Legislative Assembly elections from February 10 to March 10, 2022. So, to avoid any clash of dates, the state board decided on announcing the exam schedule post-elections.
UPMSP Class 10 Board Exam 2022 Dates
As per the official schedule, the UPMSP Class 10 board exams 2022 will be organised from March 24 to April 11, 2022. Following are the dates for important subject exams –

Additionally, UPMSP has also announced the Class 12 board exam 2022 date sheet. Intermediate exams will commence from March 24, 2022, with Hindi and Normal Hindi subjects. They will end on April 20, 2022, with the Civics subject. As per official sources, a total of 24,11035 students have registered for the intermediate exams out of which, 13, 24, 200 are boys and 10,86,835 are girls.
UPMSP Class 10 Board Exams 2022 Statistics
As per reports from local dailies, the Uttar Pradesh state board comprises of 51,92,689 students registered collectively in Class 10 and 12 for the current academic year 2021-22. Out of this figure, 27,81,654 students belong to Class 10 and are expected to appear for the upcoming board exams. From the approx. 28 lakh students, 15,53,198 are boys and 12,28,256 are girls. To successfully conduct the Class 10 and 12 board exams, the board has finalized 8873 examination centers.
Last year, UPMSP was forced to cancel the Class 10 and 12 boards, similar to other state and central boards. They had to rely on alternate assessment criteria to evaluate students in a fair manner, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
