Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has issued an official notification pertaining to the Combined Civil Services Group IV recruitment 2022. The notification has been published on the commission’s official website tnpsc.gov.in for a candidate’s reference. Accordingly, the online application process has begun and will continue till April 28, 2022. Interested and eligible candidates have around 20 days’ time to fill and submit the online form. The Group IV Recruitment 2022 examination is all set to be conducted on July 24, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment – Exam Fee Charges & Concessions
The TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2022 application process is being organized online. So, to apply for this recruitment drive, candidates need to fill and submit the online form. Additionally, they need to pay two kinds of fees – 1. Registration Fee and 2. Examination Fee.
In case of former, the charges are Rs 150 and to be paid by those who are completing their One Time Registration. The examination fee of Rs 100 needs to be paid while submitting the online application form. Both fee charges need to be paid through the online payment gateways including Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Any offline or in-person gateways will not be accepted.

TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment – Scheme of Examination
The TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2022 examination will be held in the form of two parts – Part A and Part B. Both parts shall be held in the OMR-based pen-and-paper mode, comprising objective-based questions. Part A will cover 100 questions for a maximum of 150 marks while Part B will comprise 200 questions for 300 marks.
Part A of the TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2022 paper will be based on the Tamil Language (of SSLC standard). However, Part B will cover questions centered around General Studies and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test.
TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment – Selection Process
The selection process for TNPSC Group 4 recruitment requires a candidate to score equal to or above the category cutoff marks. All those who qualify need to undergo thorough document verification and counselling process for final selection. Certain skill-based tests will also be organised to determine the eligibility of candidates.
