Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) has released Advt 129/2019 for level 13 recruitment of professor in surgical oncology, radiation oncology, anesthesiology, radiodiagnosis, medical oncology and pathology. The eligible and interested candidates can apply online, from tmc.gov.in, before November 22, 2019.
TMC level 13 recruitment is only open for those candidates who are below or upto 50 years of age, as on November 22, 2019. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, 3 years, and 10 years for SC / ST, OBC, and PwD candidates, respectively. Candidates applying for
Apart from the age bar, the educational qualification needed to apply for the post of surgical oncology is M.Ch in surgical oncology or M.S in general surgery / ENT. For the post of professor in medical oncology, the candidates must possess DM in medical oncology with a minimum of 5 years if experience. For the rest of the post, the minimum qualification should be either M.D or DNB, with minimum of 8 years of experience.
To apply, candidates need to visit tmc.gov.in. There, click on ‘career’ option, available at the top right of the screen. Then look for Advt 129/2019 and click on the blue ‘view’ button in front of it. Next, the candidates need to choose area of study, however, while doing so one must also make sure that they are selecting correct preference of TMC, i.e. Varanasi, Punjab, Vizag. After selecting the area of study and preference, candidates can fill details in the application form of TMC recruitment 2019.
The application fee is Rs. 300 and it can only be paid online via debit card or credit card. Candidates belong to SC, ST, ex-servicemen, PWD and female category are exempted from fee payment. Once online form is filled, the candidates need to download the confirmation page and send the hard copy, along with recent passport size photograph, and attested copies of date of birth certificate, qualification certificate, experience certificate, PwD certificate, etc. to “2nd Floor, Service Block building, H.R.D. Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012” latest by November 29, 2019, in an envelope superscribed as “Post applied for – Advt. No. 129/2019 ”. The “POST APPLIED FOR” should be superscribed on the envelope.
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview conducted at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. The applicants will get the admit card for the same, on the official website. The offered postilions are full time and are open at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital / Mahamana Pandit Madanmohan Malaviya Cancer Centre Varanasi, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Vishakhapatnam, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Sangrur / Mullanpur Punjab.
Selected candidates will be hired at level 13 pay scale, having package of Rs. 1,23,100, excluding allowances such as housing rent, dearness, travel, medical, accommodation, etc.
