Telangana SSC Exam 2021: Number of Question Paper Reduced from 11 to 6, Check Details Here

The state government has made some changes in the exam pattern for TS SSC exam 2021. The number of question papers has been reduced from 11 to 6 this year for six subjects.

In a latest update, the Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana has reduced the number of question papers for class 10th. The number of question papers have now been reduced from 11 to 6 in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a school education department memo, it has been mentioned that the six paper pattern is only applicable for the academic session 2020-2021.

Furthermore, as per the memo released, the paper 1 and 2 of the first language, English, mathematics, general science (physics and biology) and social studies shall be merged into a single paper instead of two papers for each subject. Moreover, there shall be no change in the second language paper.

In line with the change in the TS SSC exam pattern, candidates will now have the option to appear for only six papers instead of 11 papers. Moreover, the duration of the annual examination would be increased by half-an-hour, i.e from 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes. Hence, the Telangana class 10th board exams 2021 are going to be held for a total of 600 marks, including 480 marks for the board examination and 120 marks for the internals.

Also recently released the time table for SSC Exams for Class 10 students were released. TS SSC exam 2021 is scheduled to be held from May 17, 2021, onwards with First Language Paper 1- (Group A) and First Language Paper 1 (Composite Course. The exams are going to continue till May 26, 2021, with OSSC Main Language Paper 2 (Sanskrit and Arabic). Students can check the complete schedule through the official site of Manabadi.

According to the academic calendar released by the board, the summative assessment exams for the 10th class student ts would be held from May 7 to 13, 2021. On similar lines, the formative assessment examination would be held in March – April 2021.

Furthermore, the vocational exams would be conducted in June and the evaluation for the same shall begin immediately and is expected to be completed within 10 days.

The hall ticket for TS SSC board exam 2021 shall be out by the 1st week of May 2021. Students may download their TS SSC hall ticket online at bse.telangana.gov.in. Moreover, as per some media reports, the examination department is likely to give results by June 30 for the class 10 annual exam 2021.
