Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has announced TS Inter First year General Results 2018. The class 11 students, who appeared for the examination from Telangana state board can now check the result at results.cgg.gov.in. The exams were held from February 28 to March 19, 2018.
To check the result, the candidates simply need to access the official TS Inter 1st year General Result portal and then look for “1st Year General Results”. It is the first heading on the page. Then tab the ‘Click Here’ button in front of it. As soon as the students will click on the link, a new page will open and in it, the candidates will have to submit the Hall Ticket Number and Captcha code to check the result.
If a student is facing difficulty in accessing the official website and checking the result then they can also check it via SMS. To get the result through SMS, the candidates need to type TSGEN1<space>Registration Number and send it to 56263. In return, the result and grades of the student will be sent.
Other than this, the result will also be available at indiaresults.com, results.nic.in, jagranjosh.com, manabadi.com, results.cgg.gov.in, schools9.com, results.eenadu.net, and examresults.net. Candidates may also access these websites to know their result of TS Inter 1st year exam 2018.
The result of the class 11 students will be announced as grades. The grading system for class 11 is A1 grade – 91 to 100 marks, A2 grade – 81 to 90 marks, B1 grade – 71 to 80 marks, B2 grade – 61 to 70 marks, C grade – 51 to 60 marks, and D grade – 35 to 50 marks. The candidates will have to download the displayed result and maintain a copy of. The official TS Inter 1sy year report card will be provided by the school in few days.
Last year, girls outshine boys with 71%. Whereas, the pass percentage for the boys was only 61%. In all, 436727 candidates appeared for the TS Inter 1st year exam and of these 250589 qualified the exam. Which lead to a very low overall percentage of 57 only. The candidates securing Grade A were 126957, candidates who got Grade B were 71318, and candidates securing Grade C were 35820.
The statistics for this year examination will be announced soon. The qualified students will now process to Inter 2nd year. Candidates with a compartment in a subject can apply for the supplementary examination. It will be held in the month of May and the result will be announced by June 2018.
