The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published a status report on the ongoing examinations, today, i.e. February 04, 2022. According to the report, the final result of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination 2019 will tentatively be announced on February 15, 2022. The Commission has already conducted the skill tests of the recruitment examination on September 15 and 19, 2021. Candidates who had qualified for tier 3 of the examination were eligible to appear for the skill test.

On the basis of the overall performance of the candidates in tiers 1, 2 and 3, merit lists will be prepared. However, final selection will be as per the aggregate marks of the three tiers and the preference given by candidates. In other words, the final allotment is going to be according to the merit cum preferences of the aspirants.
Although a tentative date has been announced, the final result will depend on the decision of the Honorable High court of Delhi. SSC CGL 2019 is conducted for recruiting various Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts in different ministries, departments and organizations. The recruitment examination was held over various tiers namely tier 1, 2 3 and 4. It concluded with tier 4, i.e. the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and Data Entry Skill Test (DEST).
Next Stage: Document Verification
As and when the results are announced, the shortlisted and qualified candidates will have to appear for the document verification (DV) round. For that, candidates have to carry photocopies and original copies of the required documents. Prior to that, detailed options for various posts and departments will be taken from the candidates. They will be required to indicate their preference first or else they will not be considered for selection. The documents that are needed to be produced for DV are:
1. Two passport-sized photographs
2. Original photo ID proof such as aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, etc.
3. Matriculation or secondary certificate
4. Educational qualification certificate
5. Caste certificate (if applicable)
6. PWD certificate (if applicable)
7. Other documents mentioned in the information bulletin
Physical Test
During the phase of providing preferences for a post, candidates must take note there are certain posts that require physical standards, physical tests and medical standards. These posts are CBIC Inspectors, CBN Inspector, CBN Sub-Inspector, CBI Sub-Inspector, NIA Sub-Inspector and BRO Upper Divisional Clerk. It is advised that candidates go through the requirements for these posts before submitting their preferences. Also, if a candidate fails in such tests, then they will not be considered for any other post.
