The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the CBSE Result 2022 for term 1 examinations for both classes 10th and 12th anytime soon. Candidates can expect the result to be out in the coming days hence should be prepared with the ways with which they can check their results.
CBSE allows candidates to check their results via three ways which are as follows, Using the official website, Using the Google Search Engine and using the SMS service. After the results have been declared, out of these three, the SMS service will be the fastest. This is due to the fact that lakhs of students use the internet to check their results, hence increasing the traffic.
To avail the SMS facility provided by CBSE, candidates can follow the simple steps mentioned below.
Step 1. Take your mobile phones and type the following SMS, “cbse12<Roll No.>” or “cbse10<Roll No.>”. Depending on the candidate’s class of study, choose any one of the formats.
Step 2. Send this SMS to 7738299899. Now wait for sometime.
Step 3. After a few minutes, candidates will receive a text message from CBSE.nic.in which will include the candidate’s details and marks obtained by him/her.
This facility is highly useful in rural areas where there is no proper connectivity of the Internet. Students can simply send a text message and receive their marks thus making this extremely useful.
The CBSE Results 2022 were expected to be declared on January 24, 2022, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, it was delayed. Candidates should regularly check the official CBSE website for further updates regarding this.
For the academic year 2021-22, CBSE decided to opt for a pattern change in the class 10th and 12th curriculum. The entire curriculum was divided into 2 terms, Term 1 and Term 2. Both these terms would cover 50 percent of the entire portion.
Both these terms will have the same weightage and will be added while calculating the final result. The term 1 examination for both classes 10th and 12th have been concluded and the result for this is expected in a few days.
The term 2 examination is expected to be held in March 2022.
