Yesterday i.e. March 22, 2019 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) 2018 at ssc.nic.in. The result has been announced for the Paper I which was held on January 13, 2019, in online mode. The attendees of the examination can check their result. SSC has uploaded the result in the form of a pdf file which contains the details of the qualifiers such as name, roll number, and category.
Along with the result, the SSC also released the write- up for the result. The write includes all the additional details regarding the result. The examination held in the online mode on the various centers, total 15,573 candidates appeared for the examination and total of 2041 candidates succeed to qualify the paper I.
The Commission has decided the cut off marks, on which the result is depended. The category wise cut off marks have been decided. For PWD category only 20% marks were declared as mandatory to obtain.
The reservation is being provided in SSC JHT 2018 examination, but the exception is everywhere, some candidates who belong to the reserved categories qualified the examination as per the standard decided for the unreserved candidates. 146 candidates of SC categories, 34 candidates belonging to ST category, 507 OBC category candidate, 11 OH category, 3 HH category, and 8 VH candidates have qualified as per UR standards.
Soon the marks and final answer key along with the question paper will be released on the SSC’s website. All the candidates who appeared in the examination will be able to check the answer key and marks.
In case any candidate finds any discrepancy in the result related to his name, category, roll number, then he/ she have to report the regional offices of SSC as soon as possible to bring this matter.
Now all the qualified candidates will be called for the Paper II i.e. descriptive examination which will be held on May 26, 2019. Rest of the information about the paper II will be intimated to the candidates at the time of issuing admit card.
