The Council of Elementary Education, Gujarat has launched SSA Online Harji to benefit the students and teachers in the educational system. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is an initiative of the Department of Education, Government of Gujarat, to provide free education to children aged 6 to 14 years. SSA Gujarat Online Hajri has been launched to help the teachers to register their attendance online with better precision and to encourage them to stick to the schedule. Teachers and students can register for SSAGujarat Online Hajri on the official website ssagujarat.org.
SSA Gujarat Online Hari – Login and How to Use?
The online attendance system for teachers and students introduced for the students and teachers can be accessed from the SSA website. Teachers can mark their attendance before 11:30 AM for the morning session and by 2:00 PM for the afternoon shift. Attendance on Saturdays must be marked before 12:30 PM. The teachers are required to mark the attendance of students as well. The attendance portal can be accessed by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of SSA Gujarat at ssagujarat.org.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website find and click on the Online Attendance System.
Step 3: Enter the username and password on the next page to log in to the portal.
Step 4: The options for teacher’s attendance and students’ attendance marking will be visible then.
Step 5: Select the required attendance option.
Step 6: The SSA Gujarat Hajri will be displayed on the screen.
Step 7: Tap on the appropriate space(s) to mark the attendance.

The students can use the SSA website to access online study materials. They can download online resources of their syllabus from the website. The website also provides the teachers and students with other services like transport facilities, school monitoring and others with the help of the state Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan authorities.
