New Delhi – Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has concluded Phase 1 of its 2024-25 recruitment season with record-breaking achievements. Over 240 placement offers contributed to a Gross Placement Value of INR 32.12 Crores, with the highest package reaching INR 36 LPA and an average of INR 13.17 LPA. Internships also saw a 59% increase, with stipends peaking at INR 2.2 lakhs per month.
Diverse Recruiters and Student Development
Top recruiters from consulting, finance, investment banking, FMCG, and e-commerce— including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Blackstone, Nomura, and Accenture Strategy— participated. The Placement Cell facilitated over 20 corporate engagement programs, such as leadership talks by Gartner and consulting sessions with Dalberg.
Commitment to Inclusivity
The PwD Recruitment Drive connected differently-abled students with companies like Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, and Marico. A beneficiary shared appreciation for securing a role at Accenture Strategy through this initiative.
