SPSR Nellore is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill up various paramedical posts under the control of ACSR GMC Nellore SPSR Nellore District. The official recruitment notice and application form is available for download at the website spsrnellore.ap.gov.in under the recruitment section. The last date of receipt of the applications is July 10, 2020. SPSR Nellore has advertised 45 vacancies for this paramedical staff recruitment. Appointment of selected candidates is to be done on a contractual basis.
The vacancies are available for the posts of Staff Nurse (38), Lab. Tech (03) and Radiographer (04). The upper age limit is specified at 42 years for OC candidates, 47 years for SC/ST and BC candidates, and 50 years for Ex-servicemen as on 01.06.2020. Candidates having GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification and registration with AP Nursing Council are eligible to apply for Staff Nurse posts. Those who have qualifications as DMLT/B.Sc. MLT or Inter Vocational MLT with a year apprenticeship can apply for the post of Lab Technician Gr-II. Such candidates must be registered in the AP Paramedical Board. Candidates who have passed the CRA examination are eligible to apply for the post of Radiographer.
Candidates are selected as per merit. Out of the total 100 marks, 75 marks can be obtained based on scores in qualifying examination. The weightage of marks for the number of years passed since qualifying is 10 at the rate of 1 marks for every year completed. Those who have been employed in contract service in Government institutions are eligible to be awarded up to 15 marks. There are no marks for the interview. Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for a monthly remuneration of Rs 34000 for Staff Nurses, 28000 for Lab Technician Gr-II, and Rs 30660 for Radiographer.
Applications in the proforma available must be submitted in person to the Office of the Principal ACSR GMC Nellore on or before the last date. Applications must be completely filled up and signed by the candidates. The proforma for application is available with a detailed advertisement. Candidates are also required to enclose copies of specified documents along with the application form. These include Class 10 & 12 mark sheet and certificates, mark sheet and pass certificate of the qualifying exam, registration certificate, caste certificate, study certificate from Class 4 to 10, disability certificate, and others.
Candidates are required to pay an application fee in order to apply. The application fee is specified at Rs 500 for OC and BC candidates. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories can however pay a discounted fee of Rs 300. The application fee needs to be paid through Demand Draft from any nationalized bank. Demand Drafts must be drawn in favor of the Principal ACST GMC, Nellore payable at Nellore. The receipt of the demand draft must also be enclosed with the application form.
