The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released the notification for the recruitment of Grade A posts on March 1, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply for the exam from March 4 to 24, 2022 on the official website of SIDBI at sidbi.in. The recruitment process consists of two stages, an online test, and an interview. Further details regarding the recruitment will be available on the official website on March 04, 2022, according to the official notification. The recruitment drive is conducted to select eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Manager (General Stream) with as many as 100 vacancies to be filled. Ahead of the registration, experts have predicted the pattern of the examination.
SIDBI Grade A – Expected Exam Pattern
As per several educators and exam experts, the SIDBI Grade A examination will be an online, CBT or computer-based test for a total of 250 marks. There will be a negative marking of ¼ for each wrong answer attempted. The detailed pattern is given in the table below:

The test also involves an online descriptive test to be typed on the computer. It will be an English language and drafting ability test consisting of one essay writing question which carries 35 marks and a business letter writing which carries 15 marks. An additional 45 minutes will be given to answer these two questions. This takes the total marks of the exam to 250.
