Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha has released the official schedule for both undergraduate and postgraduate admission process 2021. In case of postgraduate admissions, authorities will be releasing the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) 2021 merit list on October 12, 2021. However, in case of UG admission, the registration and choice-filling process will begin from tomorrow, October 09, 2021. For both important events, candidates are instructed to visit the official website of SAMS. In case of PG Admission 2021, candidates must refer to pg.samsodisha.gov.in. In case of UG admission, the registration form will be made available on samsodisha.gov.in.
CPET 2021 Merit List Release Date
Authorities have released the CPET 2021 counselling schedule for candidates who have qualified the examination. As per the schedule, SAMS will be announcing the subject-wise and state-wise merit list on October 12, 2021. From the same day itself, qualified and eligible candidates must begin the choice-filling process. The last date to submit their list of preferred colleges is October 17, 2021. For the first round of selection, authorities will publish the provisional seat-allotment result on October 22, 2021, at 6:00 pm.
Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seats must deposit the SAMS 2021 online admission fee from October 22 to 25, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. They must deposit the fee through the SAMS students portal. After depositing and confirming their seat, candidates can update their Slide UP Option Form from October 23 to 29, 2021, up to 11:45 pm. Institutes have to update the student information data for first round of admission latest by October 29, 2021, up to 7:00 pm.
SAMS authorities will be releasing the provisional seat-allotment list for second round on November 04, 2021, at 11:00 pm. To comfirm their admission at the allotted institute, candidates must pay the online admission fee from November 04 to 07, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. After confirming their admission, candidates must report to their allotted institutions from November 05 to 09, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. Institutes must update the date of their students from November 05 to 10, 2021, up to 7:00 pm. Finally, SAMS authorities will be announcing the list if vacant seats on November 12, 2021, at 2:00 pm.
SAMS 2021 UG Choice Filling
SAMS authorities shall begin the UG admission process 2021 from October 09 to 17, 2021, up to 11:45 pm. During this period, candidates can fill their list of preferred colleges. From October 16 to 21, 2021, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, candidates must submit the required documents to the SAMS authorities. Thereafter, the list of selected students based on the number of vacancies will be published on October 23, 2021, 3:00 pm. Institutes need to update the data of their allotted students on October 23, 2021, 5:00 pm. The same will be reflected in the candidate’s account on October 24, 2021, 2:00 pm.
