Madhya Pradesh Right to Education (MP RTE) portal is all set to announce the RTE admission 2021-22 lottery results on August 14, 2021. Registered candidates who had successfully verified their documents can update their school choices from August 04 to 11, 2021. Such students still have a few hours to make changes in their online application form on the official website rteportal.mp.gov.in. The lottery system will allot students to various non-aided schools. Successfully allotted students must complete the remaining admission formalities from August 16 to 25, 2021.
MP RTE authorities are currently conducting the second stage of the lottery-based admission process 2021-22. Under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, the first phase of the admission process has already been conducted. So, the second stage is organized to fill all the vacant seats. These seats are present in non-grant and non-aided government-recognized schools. Here again, admission will be granted to students from economically weaker and disadvantaged sections of society.
As per the official notice, no new applications will be accepted for the RTE MP Admission 2021-22 second stage. Only the successfully registered candidates can apply for the vacant seats. The registration process for the lottery-based admission was conducted prior to the first stage. Hence, authorities will not entertain any new applications. Registered students can update their school preferences in the application form. No other information can be changed in the form.
For a long time, school operations were closed due to various reasons, COVID-19 being a major one. Also, in some schools, students were not given multiple options to choose from. Students were allotted schools in the first phase itself. To safeguard the interest of students and acknowledge these issues, students have been given the opportunity to choose other schools in the second stage. This will open up more opportunities for them, helping students receive a better quality of education.
Authorities are going to announce the lottery-based seat allotment results on August 14, 2021. Students with allotted seats must contact their respective schools for the remaining admission formalities. They are advised to visit their allotted school for completing the admission process between August 16 to 25, 2021. Furthermore, authorities have instructed students to follow the given timetable of events to not miss out on the 2021-22 admission process.
According to the Right to Education (RTE) Act, a provision has been made to keep 25% of seats vacant for children bellowing to disadvantaged and economically-weaker sections. Private schools have been asked to make this provision, under the RTE Act. Eligible children are being allotted seats in such schools based on the online lottery system.
