Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has conducted the RRB Group D exam on September 20, 2018. The Online Test for Shift 1 and Shift 2 started from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 02:00 PM respectively. Various coaching centers have done the RRB Group D exam analysis for Shift 1 examination and for Shift 2 examination.
As per the unofficial Analysis, it has been found that the Shift 1 examination is quite difficult in comparison to the Shift 2 examination. Shift 2 examination was of the Moderate level. RRB Group D Paper is carrying the Multiple Choice of Questions. The paper was set in Bilingual language, i.e. in English and Hindi both.
The test was divided into 04 sections namely, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science, General Awareness & Current Affairs. There were a total of 25 number of questions in Section A, 30 in Section B, 25 in Section C and 20 in Section D.
In the Shift 1 and 2 examinations, Mathematics question level was moderate. In the Mathematics section following topics were covered: LCM, HCL, Trigonometry, Decimal, Gemotry, Integration, Differentiation etc.
In the Shift 1 and 2 examinations, General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Science section level were easy to moderate. In the General Intelligence & Reasoning section question related to the Series, Analogy, Classification, Distance & Direction, Coding & Decoding, Embedded Figure, Blood Relation were asked and In General Science question related to Cell Biology, Plant Biology, Tissue Culture, Physics, Chemistry etc were asked.
In the Shift 1 and 2 examinations, General Awareness on Current Affairs section level was easy to moderate. In General Awareness on Current Affairs question related to Sports, Movie, Political Affairs etc were asked.
As per the exam analysis, it can be estimated that for Shift 1 the number of good attempts for Mathematics could be anywhere between 16-21, for General Intelligence and & Reasoning it could be 20-23, 14-18 for General Science, and 14-15 for General Awareness on Current Affairs. Hence, in conclusion, the candidates with a good number of attempts between 65-72 can easily qualify the First stage.
For the Shift 2, the number of good attempts for Mathematics could be 14-17, 18-22 for General Intelligence and & Reasoning, 19-21 for General Science, and 13-15 for General Awareness on Current Affairs. In conclusion, candidates with overall good attempts of 63-74 can easily pass the test.
