Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is all set to announce RRB ALP Result 2019 for CBT 2 on April 06, 2019. The Railway Board has already released the score and will now release merit list of RRB ALP CBT 2. for each zone. Candidates who have appeared for the CBT Stage 2 for ALP and Technician on January 21, 22, 23, and February 08, 2019, will now get to know if they are one step closer. The Board will conduct the Aptitude Test for the post of Loco Pilot on April 16, 2019.
To check the RRB ALP CBT 2 Result, visit any of the zonal websites of the RRB. Then, click on the appropriate link of the “Click here to view shortlisted candidates for CEN 01/2018 – ALP & Technician”. The merit list will appear on the screen in the pdf format. It will consist of the roll number of candidates qualified the CBT stage 2.
Earlier, RRB has released the RRB ALP CBT 2 scorecard for the candidates over login for which user id and password was required. The login link was available from March 23 to March 28, 2019. Candidates were given an opportunity to check their response sheet, answer key and question paper on February 18, 2019. Students were also given an option to raise objection against the RRB ALP and Technician Answer Key until February 21, 2019.
Those candidates who have applied only for the post of Loco Pilot will be called for Computer Based Aptitude Test after qualifying the CBT 2. In this round, the cognitive skills of the candidates are tested. The aptitude test is divided into five test batteries. The five sections are Memory Test Battery, Depth Perception Test Battery, Concentration Test Battery, Perceptual Speed Test Battery, and Following Directions Test Battery.
The questions in the Aptitude Test are asked only in English or Hindi. Also, no marks are deducted for the incorrect answers. Candidates are required to obtain 42 marks in each of the tests batteries to clear this test.
Students applied for both Technician and Loco Pilot are called for the Document Verification after CBT stage 2. The board does not conduct the verification process for the candidates at the time of form filling. So, the Document Verification round is conducted to confirm the eligibility of the candidate. The number of candidates called for this round is 50% more than the number of vacancies.
For the document verification, candidates are required to carry the original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents on the allotted date and time. The documents can only be produced in either Hindi or English. If the certificates are in some other language then one should present the self-attested translated version of the documents.
The final appointment of the candidates is done on the basis of the Medical examination. This round is conducted to check whether the candidate is eligible to carry out the duties concerned with the post or not.
