IDP IELTS Result Available for Check at ieltsessentials.com; Know Complete Details Here

IDP IELTS RESULT AVAILABLE FOR CHECK

The IDP IELTS Result has been announced by IDP IELTS Australia. The result for ID IELTS can be checked online from the website, ieltsessentials.com. The Computer-delivered IELTS result is available for preview within 5-7 days after your test date. Whereas, for the Paper-based test, the Preview of test results is available on the 13th day after the test. The candidates will also get their IELTS result by mail. It will be sent to the candidates on their postal address by the IELTS Test Centre at which they appeared.

The conducting body also sends the IELTS Test Report (TRF) to the candidates who appeared for the test by mail. For the Computer-delivered IELTS test, the TRF is sent to the candidates to their postal address in 5-7 days after the test date. For the Paper-based IELTS, the TRF will be posted 13 days after the test date.

The candidates should note that an IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) is valid for two (2) years.

To view the provisional result for IDP IELTS, the candidates need to visit the website at results.ieltsessentials.com. On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to enter details such as their name as it appears in your passport or ID document, family name, Passport/ID Number, date of birth, whether sat for a computer-delivered IELTS, select the test date from the drop-down menu. Click on the “Search” button to submit the details. On submitting the details, the candidates will be able to check their provisional result.

If a candidate is not satisfied with their IELTS result, then in such a case, he/she may apply for a re-mark (Enquiry on Results). The candidates must apply for a re-mark within six weeks of the test date. The candidate may choose which modules are to be re-marked. Fill in all the relevant details in the Application and submit/courier the same, along with the fee of INR 9,500/-. The fee is to be paid by DD drawn in favour of “IDP EDUCATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED”, payable at New Delhi.

The fee paid for re-mark will be refunded if the result is changed. A re-mark can take two to four weeks to be processed. The candidates also have to return their original TRF along with a re-mark (Enquiry on Results) form which is available in “Downloads” section on the official website.

The IDP IELTS result is prepared on the basis of the 9-band scoring system. The system is used to measure and report test scores in a consistent manner. The candidates receive their individual band scores for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking and an Overall Band Score on a band scale from one to nine.

One important point that a candidate should note is that there is no pass or fail in IELTS. Scores are graded on the 9-band system. Each educational institution or organization sets its own level of IELTS scores to meet its individual requirements.

It is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English. The test covers the four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking. IELTS is recognized by universities and employers in many countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. It is also recognised by professional bodies, immigration authorities and other government agencies.

The result for IELTS is accepted by the universities and employers in many countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Furthermore, IELTS results are also requested by professional bodies, immigration authorities and other government agencies in the Middle East and across the world. The entrance test is recognized by 10,000 institutions over 140 countries including over 3,000 institutions in the US that accept IELTS results.
