The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a notification about the rescheduling of the RRB ALP CBT 3 Exam. Candidates who have face problem while answering the questions in test battery 4 and 5 on May 10, 2019, can appear for the exam on May 21, 2019. The students need not carry the vision certificate again as they have already submitted it on May 10, 2019.
The candidates who have filed the complaint regarding the CBT 3 exam can download the RRB ALP CBT 3 admit card to appear for the exam. Students need to properly explain that they were genuinely affected in Test 4 or Test 5 held on May 10, 2019, as then only he or she can take the exam at the scheduled exam centre.
On the day of the exam, candidates need to carry the valid Photo ID proof, passport size colored photograph, and admit card in a printed format. The identity proof can be aadhaar card, driving license, PAN card, voter id, passport, etc. Only those candidates can undergo the stage 3 CBT who have applied for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot and have also cleared the CBT 2 successfully.
The candidates selected for this round is 8 times the total number of vacancies. The RRB ALP CBT 3 comprises of 5 subjects known by the name of the test batteries. The subjects from which questions are going to be pertaining to are Memory Test Battery, Depth Perception Test Battery, Concentration Test Battery, Perceptual Speed Test Battery, and Following Directions Test Battery.
There is no negative marking. The students will get 71 minutes for the exam. To be eligible for the next round which is the document verification, candidates need to secure 42 marks in each of the test battery. The questions will only be in English and Hindi.
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a total of 64,371 vacancies in RRB ALP and Technician. Out of which 27795 are for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), and 36576 is for the Technician posts. The shortlisting of the candidates is done on the basis CBT 1, CBT 2, CBT 3, followed by Document Verification as per the post applied by the candidates.
Candidates clearing all the rounds need to pass the medical exam to be eligible for the final appointment. The medical test is held at the railway hospitals which checks that the candidate is fit to carry out duties for the post or not. In case, a candidate clears all the rounds and fails to pass the medical examination then he or she is not eligible to be recruited for the post.
